Production versus management. There are many printing companies offering the same products and services. Some very good, others somewhat less. So far, no secrets. One example of where Chevalier differentiates is that we also master the business of managing your graphic productions. We simply refer to this as print management. A team of 3 experienced traffic managers, of which two formerly worked for international advertising agencies, enjoy helping you to organize your communication productions. Whether it concerns the realization of translations, the consolidation of international orders, booking a professional photographer, the buying of whatever type of print from third party suppliers or taking care of complex logistics projects, our print managers will take care of it.

Our project management organization relies upon an extensive network of partners, free lancer and international print management offices. So in other words, we do a lot more then offset sheet fed print productions. We can also supply and print flags, banners, displays, and mail packs. In other words we can print on any type of media requested, such as; paper, PVC, plastic etc, and deliver where ever in any manner requested.

A growing number of clients are using our project management services. After an analysis of your current and future needs, we will present you with a detailed action plan with recommendations. We will then go through the process of consensus together, making sure we agree upon the targets and how to achieve them. After the stage of consensus the process of implementation will start. We differentiate by onsite management of services, where one or more of our staff members will be located at your office or / and at the outsourcing location. With the latter, your organization will be assigned one or more dedicated project managers who will work from the Chevalier office, making sure you will not notice any complication. Only relevant information will be passed on to you so that you can truly focus on your core business.

Research and experience show that our project management organization can help save 15 to 30 percent from your current costs.
