To help you set up your print files as efficiently as possible and to ensure a reliable and quick transfer, you can download our specifications here.

Via one of the below media, you can supply us with your files:

FTP 

• Hostname: ftp.chevalier.nl
• Username: chevalier 
• Password : chevalier

We advise you to use a FTP client to send us files without any problems. Below a small overview of various FTP client for Windows and OS X.

OS X ftp clients

• CyberDuck
• Transmit

Please note: OS X users are not able to upload files to our FTP server when using the Finder. An FTP folder is mounted as 'Read Only'. This is a limitation in OS X and not a limitation at Chevalier. More technical information can be found on the Apple Support forum or on the support pages at Rumpus (ad. 5).

Should your files not exceed a size of 3MB, you may also sent these via email. And of course you may also choose to provide us with a CD rom or DVD via the post.
